GreenX3 is a multidisciplinary and innovative project funded by Horizon Europe programme (No 101120061) aiming at studying innovative and sustainable materials, processes and technologies for a greener and circular economy.
In the frame of the Project involving 7 non-academic and 9 academic institutions, a PhD position (DC2) is open at MyBiotech GmbH!
The project will focus on generating methods to be integrated in the green manufacturing technology chains and to be combined on different manufacturing platforms for active pharmaceutical ingredients, pharmaceuticals or nutraceuticals. Encapsulation of valuable chemicals of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical importance will be employed as Proof-of-Concept (PoC) for the suggested manufacturing technology. Unlike conventional methods for production, continuous microreactors will be employed as a green technology for low-environmental impact and low-emission processes. Effect of process parameters on Critical Quality Attributes (CQAs) will be evaluated following a Quality-by-Design strategy for process optimization purposes.
